NeuroCore is the chassis for agentic AI — it wires together: - FlowEngine for workflow orchestration (DAG, sequential, conditional, cyclic) - Skills as discoverable, configurable components with metadata - YAML-based configuration with environment variable overlay - A CLI for scaffolding, running, and inspecting projects
